Fanita Jackson-Norman is a highly experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 30 years of clinical practice in behavioral health. She is licensed in Maryland and Florida and brings extensive expertise in trauma-informed care, veteran mental health, and complex clinical case management.
Ms. Jackson-Norman devoted over 23 years of her career to service within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), where she provided therapeutic services to military members and veterans navigating a range of behavioral health challenges. Her clinical focus includes Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), veteran transition and reintegration support, trauma recovery, and general mental health treatment. In addition to her work with the VA, she has experience within the Department of Defense, further strengthening her understanding of military culture and the unique needs of service members and their families.
