This avenue utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy to help people understand how their thoughts influence relationships.
Within the therapeutic journey, he also assesses the individual’s specific needs by looking at their behavior, effect, cognitions, and physical health. Last, his approach focuses on helping the client understand the stages and processes of making change. By assisting the client in understanding and applying this knowledge, the client can work on achieving their goals, improving their relationships, and creating positive changes in their lives.
