Ky'Shaun Bradford, LGPC, NCC - Clinician
Ky’Shaun Bradford is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) based in Maryland, dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges through self-awareness, empowerment, and authenticity. Originally from Arlington, Texas, Ky’Shaun brings a grounded, compassionate, and culturally responsive approach to his work as a mental health professional.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Addiction Studies (Treatment concentration) from the University of Central Arkansas and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Bowie State University. His educational journey reflects a deep commitment to social justice, advocacy, and mental health equity.
Guided by the belief that healing begins in safe, affirming spaces, Ky’Shaun integrates Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy into his practice. He helps clients build insight, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and take meaningful steps toward positive change.
Ky’Shaun has a special passion for supporting Black individuals, college students, and LGBTQIA+ clients as they navigate identity development, cultural stress, and life transitions. He believes therapy should honor both personal experiences and the broader social contexts that shape them—fostering resilience, self-compassion, and empowerment along the way.
Warm, reflective, and relational in his style, Ky’Shaun strives to create an environment where clients feel seen, valued, and supported as they rediscover their strengths and move toward wholeness.
